Sirens and Spies
I think The Art of Keeping Cool was a grand display of literature techniques, mostly suspense. This is because everything backfires and everything is changed around at the last few moments when you think nothing is going to happen.

This book was awesome. I can't blame Elsie for being the dull way she was half the book, being very much like her at times myself. There are times where the history part confused me, because of how fake some of it sounded. But I still enjoyed to read on to find out what happened next, and at the end, it all ended up a good story.

Miss Fitch's character is quite mysterious yet I like it even more like that. Elsie is very much like myself, not wanting to do much. I like when I can relate to such characters. THe book was amazing. I would recommend it to anyone within sight. It is such an amazing story. It could happen. I like that thought also. If I were to rate this book 1-10, I would rate it 10 because it is one of the best books I have ever read.

My class had to do an author's project and the author I had to do was Janet Taylor Lisle. Out of all the books I read ( and I read 7) This was my favorite. The story line was excellent and I kept reading to find out what the secret was that ended up being a picture. This book is great if you like mysteries or historical fiction.(I LOVE HISTORICAL FICTIONS!!!)

I had a very hard time understanding this story, but when I did I was so surprised and loved the story. I even told my friends about it. Why don't you read it? I guarantee you will love it as well.

I am reviewing this book for an assignment at school! I am enjoying it so far! I am not all the way through so I am waiting to see what happens. I am still wondering what happened to Miss Finch and how Elsie is going to solve it.

I thought this book was really good. It was almost like a mystery. The nice violin teacher, Miss Fitch, is suspected by the independent Elsie. I enjoyed this book.
